I had tried everything to change the patterns and the issues that kept coming up in my life.  I tried different therapies and even read The Power of Now, which soon became my “Bible”.  I had my favorite pages marked and it looked like a much loved book.

The same issues came up in my life time and time again and nothing seemed to change. Then it was like a light switch coming on.  I realized I was living the ego existence and trying to “fix” it, which is what the ego wants.  Then after re-reading The Power of Now, I chose to live the life of my True Self.  Life has never been the same.  I feel so free, loving, peaceful. I now recognize the ego when it does come into play and then just choose my True Self and the peace returns.

It is like being in eternal bliss.  No more thoughts and patterns need to be “fixed” because my True Self is “perfect” in every way.  There is nothing more to do but live, enjoy and be grateful for everything in my life.
