Inspiring Story

There is no great drama in my story.  I’m just another modern person whose life seemed to lack meaning.  As Tolle says, I lived in thoughts of the past and daydreams of the future. Now I’m vibrantly alive and fully living each day no matter what’s going on in my life situation. Simply knowing that I have a deep connection with Nature gives my life meaning.    I noticed that I always felt uplifted after a walk in our local park, which is simply a patch of woods with a creek.  Since reading ‘The Power of Now (many times) I am extending that uplifting feeling into the rest of my day.  Thanks to Eckhart Tolle I now see that walking in the park is as important as work or any other socially defining activity.  I am so inspired and full of energy that was formerly wasted in brooding on the past and imagining the future.
